IP Content Executive Trainee

Responsibilities

• Read web novels across different genres - fantasy, romance, urban, sci-fi, historical and more.
• Identify stories with strong growth and adaptation potential.
• Share feedback and suggestions with authors to help improve reader engagement and content performance.
• Analyse reader behaviour, content trends, and market developments to understand what makes a story succeed.
• Research competitors, industry trends, and emerging opportunities in the global web novel market.
• Explore opportunities for stories to grow beyond novels into animations, dramas, games, merchandise, and other IP formats.
• Track content performance and support data-driven decision making.
