About the role

Join our friendly and supportive team in a dynamic administrative role where no two days are the same. We are looking for an organised, motivated and detail-focused team player to join us in a fast-paced, hands-on administrative support position. This is an 18-month Maternity Leave Contract role. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional and ongoing customer service and administration support to the Brisbane Service Department. Review and accurately process Service Job Cards (SJC), Trade In Job Cards (TJC), Factory Job Cards (FJC), pre-deliveries, and credit within the required deadlines provided. - Assist with weekly audits of all electronic job cards including the additional labour costs, part numbers, correct serial numbers, and job codes within the AS400 System. Answer all incoming requests in a courteous and efficient manner to interpret the customers' requirements accordingly and attend to such promptly, as well as ensuring all enquiries are documented. Aid the Customer Service Centre Department in finding available technicians and assist with sorting out concerns in a timely manner. Provide general backup and support to administration staff daily and assist when other team members are on leave in meeting their targets and set deadlines. Ensure that a good rapport and business relationship is established with internal and external customers. Skills and Experience Administrative experience required Intermediate computer skills, excel necessary SAP, Maximo, or AS400 desired but not required Exceptional verbal and written communication skills What sets us apart?
