Junior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from the concept and detail of the design through to implementation, testing, handover as well as maintenance
• Assist the Consultants (Architectural, Civil & Structure Engineering and Mechanical & Electrical Engineering) as overall coordinator of the project on site, to supervise all works on site and ensure compliance with all contract and design requirements
• Assemble bid, approval, and construction issue drawing packages
• Direct and/or participate in job site visits to collect or deliver design and engineering data;
• Proper hand-over of completed installation to clients
• Estimate, develop and manage construction schedule, method statement, and temporary plan
• Manage extensive and independent contact with clients, vendor's representatives and project field personnel
• Researching suitable solutions and estimating costs and timescales
• Ensure that proper site documentation for ongoing works, site meetings, safety records, method statements, shop drawings, as built submissions etc., are well managed

Requirements

• Min. Degree in Architectural, Civil / Structural / Electrical / Mechanical, Building Science, Project Management, Construction Management or other construction and engineering related qualification.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
