Requirements
- Experience in a content production or a creative social media role.
- A highly self-motivated and hybrid thinker: part creative manager , part producer , part social media fanatic .
- Driven, proactive, collaborative , and obsessively passionate about content creation.
- Proven experience producing content for brands - across platforms and formats.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects ( essential ).
- Comfortable behind the camera - able to direct, shoot, and edit content with confidence.
- Strong skills in photography , lighting setups , and sound design - you understand how to capture high-quality visuals and audio.
- Motion design and animation capabilities that go beyond basic transitions - you can bring stories to life through thoughtful, dynamic visual treatments.
- A sharp eye for visual design, layout, typography, and storytelling .
- Able to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision and adapt to changing priorities.
- Able to take constructive criticism and respond quickly to feedback to find the best solution
- Strong verbal and written communication skills - confident presenting ideas and content.
