What you will accomplish with us As a Compensation Administrator - Career Network , you will be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities: - Enter into the compensation system a variety of transactions and operations related to the payment of compensation for the sales force such as lump-sum payments, payment authorizations, the creation of savings deductions and various remittances; - Enter changes to representatives files that have an impact on compensation; - Perform digital archiving; - Collaborate with other team members in the process of correcting commission transactions; - Follow up on files related to contracting agents and collaborate with external partners to obtain the required information.
