Retail Associate - 2026 CrossFit Games

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage guests with enthusiasm and brand pride
• Assist customers in selecting products based on their preferences, goals, and needs
• Educate customers on product features, usage, and benefits
• Support event setup, breakdown, and daily merchandise restocking
• Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing displays
• Track and report inventory levels throughout the event
• Serve as a positive and energetic ambassador of the CrossFit brand and community

Requirements

• Retail or customer service experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to stand for extended periods (8 hours)
• Ability to lift and move boxes up to 40 lbs
• Passion for fitness, wellness, and healthy living
• Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
• Additional Information
• Official CrossFit Games apparel will be provided for use during scheduled shifts
• Meals will be provided during scheduled shifts
• CrossFit will not provide travel or hotel accommodations

Retail Associate - 2026 CrossFit Games CrossFit is bringing its merchandise directly to the community through a dynamic retail experience at the 2026 CrossFit Games. We are looking for motivated, fitness-savvy Retail Associates to deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, and represent the CrossFit brand with enthusiasm and authenticity. Applicants must be 18 years of age or older. Event Details Event Dates (Retail Activation): July 21-July 27th Shift Hours: 8-hour shifts daily, scheduled between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. Compensation: $200 daily rate Location: SAP Center -525 W. Santa Clara Street ,San Jose, CA 95113 and surrounding areas Availability Requirement: Must be fully available from July 23 through July 26. Additional Shifts: Additional shifts on surrounding days (July 21st - 22nd and July 27th) may be available.
