About the role
As a Field Collections Agent, you'll be the friendly face of Orbit, meeting customers at their homes to help them find a way forward with their finances. You'll offer empathy, guidance, and practical solutions that make a real difference. Your key responsibilities: Visit customers to resolve outstanding arrears and discuss payment options Handle accounts for both regulated and non-regulated clients. Working Hours We offer a 40-hour work week with a supportive approach to work-life balance. Your visits will be scheduled across the following operating window: 40 hours per week required, operating hours are Monday-Friday visiting between 8am-8pm Saturday 9am-1pm 10 of your 40 hours must be worked during prime hours. Prime hours are 4pm -8pm Monday to Friday and Saturday 9am-1pm.

- Full driving licence (max 6 points), own car, and will require business insurance
- Tech-savvy and comfortable working independently
