Responsibilities

• Liaising with company staff, banks, investment support team, custodians, fund administrator, brokers
• Management of fund operations including ensuring accurate and timely execution & reporting, and risk management
• Maintaining prompt document filing/bookkeeping on real time basis
• Creating payment instructions and securities notifications
• Settlement of trades, reconciliation of cash and securities
• Complete accounting of fund management company and investment SPV
• Staff reimbursements, administration tasks

Skills/Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Accounting/Commerce 2-8 years experience in financial services Proficiency in Tally and advanced Excel Strong communication and organisational skills to meet deadlines Exceptional integrity, intellectual curiosity, and appetite for challenge Min. GPA of 4.00/5.00 (or equivalent) in your studies. You should have a decent knowledge of accounting practices Proven experience as efficient coordinator. You will be immersed in real work from DayOne Teamwork skills are highly desirable
