In this role, you will: Support the operations of a specific business line Administer programs, projects, or processes specific to the business Manage requests for community relations events, sponsorships, company funding, volunteer activities, and special programs Perform business operations that are administrative in nature Facilitate efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and escalate concerns related to the assigned operation Provide subject matter knowledge and interpretation of procedures to key business partners Coordinate and monitor implementation and maintenance of processes, procedures, and policies Interact with immediate Strategy and Execution colleagues on operational initiatives Provide support for a variety of diverse support functions for multiple business groups or a specific line of business Required Qualifications, US: 4+ years of Administrative Support, or, Business Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: 6+ months of contract analysis experience Experience in Community Relations, Business Operations, and Quality Assurance Prior experience in Content Delivery work Juris Doctorate degree, Legal background preferred Knowledge and understanding of document/contract research and review Proficient with ICMP, docforce and Microsoft Teams Experience in assessing risk, identifying controls and opportunities for improvement across the process map Ability to consolidate, document, and present data in a clear, concise format Ability to build and sustain business partner relationships that help source new business needs Experience in providing statistical analysis and reporting, along with writing or editing procedures, training manuals (technical and operational), and job aids Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail Knowledge of qualified financial contracts Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information. Excellent keyboarding and/or 10 key skills. The COO group includes the head of Operations, who is jointly responsible for line of business operations with each of the five LOB CEOs. Operations functions include contact center operations, client servicing support, money movements within our businesses, lending operations, and other functions. The COO group also includes a number of teams dedicated to strengthening Wells Fargo's risk and control infrastructure. These include the Control Executive team; Regulatory and Policy Affairs; Enterprise Customer Excellence; Sales Practices Oversight and Management; and Strategic Execution and Operations. The Enterprise Operations Group is an enterprise function within the Chief Operating Office. The Operations group consists of approximately 35,000 team members in the US and 28,000 team members in India and Philippines. This group is responsible for building a more unified, more integrated approach to Wells Fargo's business operations functions. This includes contact center operations, client-servicing support, money movements within our businesses, lending operations, and other functions. By taking a more integrative approach to these functions, Wells Fargo will be able deliver a more consistent experience for our customers and operate more efficiently. The Content Delivery team within the Information Management Utility (IMU) will be accountable for providing services to support business partner requests for digitization and accessibility.
