MEP Design BIM Modeller

About the role

Job Responsibilities Construct and update 3D BIM models using Autodesk REVIT to reflect the latest design information and ensure drawing accuracy Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate design changes and resolve model challenges Prepare BIM models to support visualization and enable informed decision-making based on design updates Ensure M&E designs comply with relevant codes, regulations, and design specifications Produce combined M&E services drawings, builders work drawings, and detailed shop drawings aligned with design criteria Perform clash detection within BIM models to identify and resolve conflicts proactively Adhere to BIM Execution Plans and project workflows to maintain consistent processes and quality Follow BIM content standards and development procedures to ensure uniformity and high-quality deliverables Document all drawings with proper version control and traceability for project records Conduct modelling quality control checks to uphold accuracy and completeness of BIM outputs Perform additional duties as assigned to support overall project success and delivery Job Requirements Diploma or Degree in MEP or equivalent qualification Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in BIM modelling and M&E design Knowledge of Singapore BIM requirements and standards Proficient in Autodesk REVIT for BIM modelling and drawing production Skilled in AutoCAD for drawing linkage and cleanup A team player with sense of responsibility
