Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, supporting sales and operational teams with account-related queries and order management.

  • Develop a strong understanding of the market, competitor pricing, and industry trends to support informed business decisions.
  • Communicate effectively across departments to ensure smooth operation and alignment of commercial objectives.
  • Qualifications and Experience
  • Relevant Experience: 3 to 5 years in customer service, sales support, or commercial administration roles.
  • Educational Background: Minimum of Leaving Certificate or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience working with ERP systems, with SAP experience considered a strong advantage.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic commercial environment.
  • Strong understanding of pricing, margins, and basic financial principles related to sales and profitability.
  • Previous exposure to sales processes is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with the chemical storage and distribution industry is a plus.
