Responsibilities

  • Consultative Sales Support: Co-Lead solution discovery workshops and deal strategy for complex, high-priority opportunities to influence successful outcomes

  • Voice of Sales to Product: Serve as a liaison between the sales and Product teams by consistently contributing feature requests and insights based on customer feedback and market analysis, helping to mitigate risks and strengthen our competitive positioning.

Requirements

  • Previous experience working with CPaaS APIs, SaaS or low code & AI conversation design platforms.
  • Minimum of 5 years related experience with a bachelor's degree; or 3 years and a master's degree.
  • Knowledge of public cloud platforms (Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure) and cloud application architectures
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Significant experience in consultative selling, solution design and implementation, with a deep understanding of both standard and custom solutions.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills; able to partner effectively with Sales, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Technical Account Management and Partner teams.
  • Proactive approach to identifying customer needs and addressing them through effective training and support or translating them into actionable feature requests.
