- Develop sufficient familiarity with our financial products (Property Financing and Factoring) to support internal training (create slides, brochures) and sales execution

Requirements
- Experienced: 3-5 years in HR, operations, or a hybrid admin/business role. You have handled HR independently before - not just supported someone else doing it.
- Independently HR-capable: You can run the HR function without relying on external HR consultants for day-to-day decisions. You know Singapore labour law and corporate practice well enough to advise, not just execute.
- Genuinely organised: You do not need a system built for you. You build systems. Your desk, your files, your follow-ups - all in order, without being reminded.
- Tech-comfortable and resourceful: You are not afraid of IT or unfamiliar tools. You figure things out - including using AI and modern tools intelligently to work faster and smarter. Resourcefulness is a mindset, not a skill set.
- Mature in judgment: You handle sensitive situations - people, culture, politics, legal documents - with care and discretion. You know when to act and when to check in first.
- Willing to take direction: You may have strong opinions and we want to hear them. But when a decision is made, you execute fully and without friction.
