You thrive in a fast paced, high growth environment. Based out of our Melbourne Hub, the Sales Team Leader will be responsible for managing a small team of high performing Sales Consultants. As a high performer yourself the role will be split 80% hands on, on the phone and 20% managing, mentoring and developing the team whilst acting as a right hand to the National Sales Manager. You'll lead by example, handling your own pipeline of customers while supporting the performance and growth of a small sales team. This is an ideal role for someone who wants to continue refining their sales craft while gaining exposure to leadership responsibilities with a clear development pathway toward a full management role.
