About the role

Customer management - Evaluate and review customer specific Q-requirements, monitor improvement action to achieve customer results.Manage & represent customer visits and audits at Bosch, plan & coordinate management visits to customer. Coordinate with stakeholders to enable continuity of production in special events. Claim management (MP 301.06) - Manage customer claims, rework & reverse logistics of customer & IPN return samples for 0 km, field and AA as per BBM process as a methodological expert (primary & secondary analysis). Ensure resource arrangement (parts & manpower) & approvals for containment actions across supply chain. Product Audit & QMS (MP 301.09) - Ensuring product and process quality as per defined SOP in plant across the shifts, and resources for conducting audits (regular, event based). Prepare team for management reviews (ROIN, BVS-Q, OLR,VBRM, SCIP etc) and audits (PS/QMM, IATF, 2DP and customer/third party system audits) Change Management - Represent and authorize the quality function during various change management events (QG gates, IPN releases, safe launch, Concession & ECR, RAS & trial order approval, PSW/FMEA). Quality improvement - Initiating & driving Q improvement projects (HEP, IDC reduction, Shainin, Digitization, SCIP, RPP- cost saving project, Q complaint related) and enable supplier quality improvement projects Escalation management - Asses the various risks in different areas (in-house production, customer support, plant to plant and extended workbench, blocked inventory) & Pre-alert to management in case of high risk. Extended workbench : Ensure Product and process quality as per defined SOP at extended workbenches (e.g., QAP, Prebo, Macurex, Uni...) Budget Management - Control annual budget inline with the defined targets related to third party services (containment and analysis). Regularization & approval of PDI & dealer's claim amounts People Management - Foresee requirement related to Q methods, digital competency requirements based on current and future trends and direct employee capability accordingly. Education and experience : Bachelors degree in engineering in Mechanical, Automotive, Electrical or Industrial engineering.Masters in Engineering in relevant streams (desirable). 10+ years of relevant work experience in Manufacturing / Quality / Operation management.Prefer multiple OEM & customer / Service topic handling, and International customer handling experience, result driven & customer orientation Skills & Competence requirements : Proficient product and process knowledge, Preventive Q Methods, product liability & compliance, BBM process compass. Proficient with quality and problem solving methods (8D, 5W, Six Sigma / Shainin, KT analysis) Competent technical knowledge of PS products Competent customer portals & requirements (IATF etc) AIAG manualsCompetent analytical skills, structured working method. Competent communication and presentation skills, regional local language based on customer location. Competent negotiation and decision making skills Advanced project management skills The purpose of this position is to ensure and improve product and process quality for internal (plant to plant, external workbench) and external (customer) with the aim of faster resolving of Q topics without affecting customer line and achieving highest customer satisfaction.
