- Product Delivery & Leadership
- Innovate how products are built by leveraging AI across the product development lifecycle, including:
- Problem discovery and insight generation
- Rapid prototyping and experimentation
- Personalisation of user experiences and outputs
- Champion agile, outcome ‑ driven delivery favouring adoption and impact
- Stakeholder & Commercial Alignment
- Partner with agency leadership, activation teams, and clients to ensure products solve real planning problems
- Support go ‑ to ‑ market, enablement, and adoption strategies across regions
- Contribute to commercial thinking, including packaging, positioning, and future monetisation
Requirements
- Product Development experience in AdTech, MarTech, or media platforms
- Deep understanding of paid social and video ecosystems and how planners use them
- Proven experience delivering API ‑ driven platform integrations at scale
- Product judgement - able to translate complexity into clear user value
- Experience working with data science, forecasting, or modelling teams
- Demonstrable track record of successfully launching AI ‑ enabled products into production,
- Show measurable impact from AI implementations
