Liquid Personnel is seeking a dedicated and experienced Adults Social Worker to join our client's Adults Community Team in Warrington. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of vulnerable adults while enjoying the flexibility of a hybrid working arrangement. What will your responsibilities be? In this role, you will: Deliver specialist assessments and interventions within the Adults Community Team, supporting clients with Autism, Acquired Brain Injury (ABI), and complex physical health conditions. Ensure compliance with safeguarding and COPDOL responsibilities, maintaining accurate records, checking employment history gaps, and verifying qualifications in line with JDPS standards. Work collaboratively in a fast‑paced duty system, engaging with clients, families, and multi‑disciplinary professionals to provide timely support and effective case management.
