Responsibilities

- Draft, proofread, and edit business documents, including emails, memos, agendas, presentations, and meeting notes.
- Organize and maintain confidential information, documents, and team resources so they are accurate, accessible, and easy to navigate.
- Process expenses and reimbursements in a timely and accurate manner.
- Use AI tools thoughtfully to improve efficiency and quality across workflows, including drafting communications, summarizing meetings or materials, organizing information, preparing first drafts, and streamlining recurring tasks.
- Help leaders stay informed by surfacing relevant context, flagging scheduling conflicts, and anticipating upcoming needs.
- Handle changing priorities and urgent requests with sound judgment, composure, and resourcefulness.

Spring Health is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and service-oriented Executive Assistant to support key leaders in our New York office while helping create a seamless in-office experience for employees and visitors. This role will be a key operational presence in the NY office, while supporting two of our C-Suite executives. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in the New York office with 3 days per week required in-person. This role will report directly to the Manager, Executive Support. Occasional travel may be required for team or company events and/or meetings.
