- Complete annual sales target by maintaining existing business, trouble shooting on PO tracking, delivery, payment.
- Develop proactive new business opportunity (NBO) plans, track and record progress toward sales objectives.
- Lead the quotation process internally and negotiate customer contracts in accordance with overall company sales strategy
- Set up product pricing/AIF strategy for responsible customers and make yearly LRP of responsible customers of the team.
- Maintain the customer relationship, information system and coordinate implementation.
- Monitor our performance on responsible customer metrics and pursuing corrective action plans as appropriate
- Comply with safety related regulations and rules; Complete all safety training; Participate in and be familiar with the company's emergency process; Achieve the company's safety KPI.
Requirements
- University degree or above in automotive / technical / engineering discipline.
- Engineering background is a must.
- Knowledge & experience with main Chinese automotive OEMs especially for passenger vehicle makers.
- Fluent in English both in speaking and writing.
- Willing to go business trip regularly.
- Initiative and diligent.
