Responsibilities
- Programme Facilitation
- To attend a compulsory 2-days training

- Escalate operational issues, participant concerns, and improvement opportunities to management.
- Professional Standards
- Maintain a professional appearance and conduct at all times.
- Adhere to organisational policies, safety requirements, and programme procedures.
- Refrain from smoking, consuming alcohol, or being under the influence of alcohol while on duty.
- Represent the organisation professionally and refrain from unauthorised marketing, promotion, or public statements on behalf of the organisation.
Requirements
- Experience in tour guiding, educational facilitation, public engagement, customer service, or related fields.
- Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage diverse audiences and manage group interactions effectively.
- Confident public speaker with the ability to handle questions professionally.
- Comfortable working outdoors and at various programme locations.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in English; additional languages will be an advantage.
- Tour guide licence is preferred
- Experience conducting guided tours, learning journeys, environmental education programmes, or public outreach activities.
- Familiarity with portable audio equipment and event facilitation.
- First aid certification is an advantage.
