For our dynamic team in Talent Management, Organizational Development & Learning (TMOD & L), we are looking for a mandatory intern (m/f/d) starting September 1st, 2026, for a duration of up to six months . In this role, you will actively support exciting topics in an international environment at our corporate headquarters in Hanover, e.g.: Contribute to projects related to TMOD & L Help design training initiatives and learning formats - from initial brainstorming through concept development to delivery Support the development and implementation of development programs for employees and leaders Prepare presentations and content in a clear and structured way for different target groups Assist with organizational and conceptual tasks in daily operations Collaborate with internal partners in an international environment You are planning your mandatory internship as part of your studies (Bachelor or Master) You have a strong interest in people, their talents, learning and collaboration within organizations You approach new topics with openness, curiosity and a strong willingness to learn You are able to structure and present content in a clear and understandable way You work independently, are well organized and enjoy contributing your own ideas You communicate clearly and adapt your style to different audiences - in both German and English You are confident in using Microsoft applications, especially PowerPoint and Copilot Please attach your current certificate of enrollment and also your current transcripts of records and an extract of certificate for a mandatory internship .
