About the role

Liquid Personnel is seeking an experienced Social Worker to join an esteemed client's Community Mental Health Team.

Responsibilities

• In this role, you will
• Deliver holistic, strengths-based support to individuals with severe mental health conditions, promoting independence and well-being.
• Work within a multi-disciplinary team, carrying a caseload under the Care Program Approach, ensuring compliance with the Care Act 2014 and other relevant legislation.
• Apply social work values and ethics to drive social justice, human rights, and equal opportunities for individuals with mental health challenges.
• Support risk enablement and positive risk-taking, using legal and statutory knowledge to mitigate preventable harm.
• Maintain a reflective practice, promoting continuous improvement, innovation, and solution-focused approaches.

• Qualifications & Experience:
• To be successful in this role you must have,
• Social Work England registration
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Hold a full UK driving licence
• Post-qualified experience
• Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
