Responsibilities

- Partner with Finance, HR, Operations, and Engineering to ensure business systems are optimized for efficiency and accurately reflect business processes
- Lead evaluations and implementations of new systems or replacements to support scale

Scope We are seeking a Vice President of Information Technology to lead and transform our global IT & Cybersecurity function. Reporting directly to the CEO, this executive will serve as the primary architect of our technology infrastructure, enterprise systems, and digital strategy - enabling the company to scale efficiently as we grow our footprint in the global fabless semiconductor market. This is a high-impact, hands-on leadership role for a strategic thinker who is equally comfortable setting long-term IT vision and rolling up their sleeves to drive execution. You will own IT operations end-to-end: from integration of AI productivity tools to infrastructure reliability and cybersecurity to ERP modernization and vendor partnerships. That ownership will span all of Ambiq's global sites.
