Responsibilities

  • Successful completion of a two-year Radiologic Technology program approved by the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation (CAHEA) of the American Medical Association (AMA)
  • Current registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist
  • Demonstrated knowledge of scientific principles and technical applications related to Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI)
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

JOB SUMMARY Grady Health System is seeking a Full-Time MRI Technologist to support diagnostic imaging services by performing advanced magnetic resonance imaging procedures under the direction of a Radiologist. This role is ideal for experienced imaging professionals who are committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced healthcare environment. The MRI Technologist performs complex MRI procedures in accordance with established imaging protocols and safety standards, producing high-quality diagnostic images that support accurate clinical interpretation. In collaboration with radiologists, physicians, and interdisciplinary care teams, the technologist ensures imaging services are delivered efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of patient safety, quality, and patient experience.
