Discover more via our website. Your next career opportunity You will lead Indigenous graduate research initiatives that strengthen Indigenous doctoral success in health. You will design innovative programs, workshops and partnerships that support Indigenous PhD candidates across the faculty. You will contribute Indigenous scholarship and shape sector-wide conversations on Indigenous higher degree research. What you will deliver: Lead Indigenous graduate research strategy and provide high-level advice to the Director on Indigenous PhD initiatives. Design and deliver masterclasses, seminars and bespoke academic support for Indigenous PhD students in MDHS. Plan and deliver the biennial international Indigenous PhD workshop and other flagship graduate research events. Build strong partnerships across faculties, institutes and external networks to enhance opportunities for Indigenous graduate researchers. Secure funding and contribute research that strengthens Indigenous doctoral pathways and leadership in health. You may be a great fit if you: Identify as an Aboriginal and/ or Torres Strait Islander person . Hold a PhD in a relevant field, or be near completion, with experience in Indigenous health or education. Demonstrate experience designing and delivering academic programs that enhance opportunities for Indigenous graduate research students. Bring deep understanding of Indigenous graduate researcher experiences and the broader higher education and research environment. Excel at coordinating complex workloads, balancing competing deadlines and delivering outcomes in dynamic academic settings. Build collaborative relationships across faculties, institutes and external partners, and contribute to inclusive Indigenous leadership. For further information please refer to the attached PD.
