Specialized experience must include the following: Leading enterprise IT infrastructure architecture within a Department of Defense (DOD) environment, including conducting technical design reviews and ensuring compliance with DOD cybersecurity policy, RMF (Remote Management Facility), FISMA (Federal Information Security Modernization Act of 2014), and DISA (Defense Information Systems Agency) STIG (Security Technical Information Guide) requirements. Coordinating complex technical interfaces across multiple DOD service lines, program offices, or operational units for major system upgrades, installations, or modernization initiatives within the DODIN (Department of Defense Information Network). Developing, defending, or managing annual and multi-year IT sustainment or modernization budgets within the DOD Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) framework. Supervising or leading military and civilian supporting enterprise IT infrastructure within a DOD organization, including assigning work, evaluating performance, and aligning execution to DOD strategic objectives. Assessing enterprise IT service delivery performance within a DOD environment, identifying gaps affecting mission readiness or cybersecurity posture, and implementing improvements consistent with DOD Zero Trust strategy and DODIN operational requirements. In addition to meeting the specialized experience requirement, you must also have IT-related experience demonstrating each of the four competencies listed below.
