Requirements

• 5 - 8 years of experience in publisher development, with a proven track record of driving revenue and closing partnerships.
• Strong understanding of programmatic advertising, SSPs, and publisher monetization models.
• Experience in leading or mentoring a team, while also owning individual sales targets and pipelines.
• Excellent skills in relationship management, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration.
