Admin Accounts Executive

Responsibilities

• Assist with application, renewal, and maintenance of work permits and company's various licenses & permits
• Handle online enquiries and support coordination with customers, suppliers, and subcontractors
• Support payroll processing and staff-related administrative matters
• Assist in project Profit & Loss (P&L) tracking and basic job costing
• Maintain and update company accounts and P&L records
• Ensure accounting and administrative records are accurate and up to date
• Provide general administrative support to the operations team
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: Diploma (any field)
• Fresh graduates and mid-career switch candidates are welcome
• Prior admin or accounts experience is preferred but not compulsory
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel (data entry, simple formulas)
• Able to communicate in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients and workers due to the nature of the industry)
• Able to multi-task, work independently, and manage daily priorities
• Responsible, organised, and willing to learn
• Salary & Employment Details:
• Monthly Salary: $2,000 - $2,500 (depending on experience & qualifications)
