About the role

T he Job We are looking for motivated Pastry Chefs who are eager to learn from our amazing Asian Fusion kitchen with our Specialist Pastry Chefs! You will learn how to prepare the necessary dessert ingredients for your team members in order to create the signature desserts of IZAKAYA. The ideal candidate is a team player, is interested in working in a Asian Fusion restaurant and can be a true ambassador for the IZAKAYA brand. You work closely with the chefs and all other staff to ensure that all staff members have a good knowledge of the presentation, methods and recipes. Our Pastry Chefs strives to deliver the superior level of guest service that we are known for. They are hardworking, dedicated, and uphold exceptional culinary standards. Our teams have bags of personality and are confident working in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining THE ENTOURAGE GROUP's high standards.
