Requirements

• A team player who's also confident running activities and managing a group
• Bonus points if you have experience in teaching, coaching, childcare, or youth work (but not essential, personality goes a long way!)

Breakfast & After School Activity Leader Job Title: Breakfast & After School Activity Leader Location : Tiger Primary, 89 Boughton Ln, Maidstone ME15 9QP Hours : Monday - Friday 7:30am - 8:45am & 3:15pm - 6pm (friday 5:30pm) Pay : Up to £12.71 per hour Contract : Casual Contract Make a difference. Join our team as a Childcare Activity Leader and turn ordinary mornings and afternoons into unforgettable adventures! At Junior Adventures Group , we're not just childcare, we're champions of fun! From football to face painting, scavenger hunts to snack time, you'll bring smiles, laughter, and energy to our Breakfast & After School Clubs for children aged 4-11. This role is split shift , meaning you'll work mornings and afternoons, with a break in between (great for studying, hobbies, family, or even a nap!). You'll also have the opportunity to increase your hours during Holiday Club seasons and Lunchtime Cover. What you'll do day-to-day: Deliver exciting, age-appropriate activities like multi-sports, arts & crafts, group games, and creative play. Set up engaging play spaces and keep things safe, clean, and awesome . Supervise children with care and enthusiasm, ensuring every child feels welcome, safe, and included. Prepare snacks and manage sign-in/out processes with a friendly face and attention to detail. Work split shifts: 7:30-9:00am and 3:00-6:00pm , perfect for work-life balance or those seeking part-time fun! Be a team player who can also take the lead when needed.
