Job Responsibilities Define and manage project objectives, scope, milestones, and critical success factors for FSC implementations Lead project planning, execution, and monitoring, ensuring adherence to statements of work, project timelines, and budgets Coordinate cross-functional project teams, ensuring roles, responsibilities, and expectations are clearly communicated Identify, track, and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and scope changes, escalating when appropriate Guide internal teams and clients through project phases, deliverables, and implementation methodology Facilitate and contribute to client-facing meetings, including project kickoff, status reviews, and issue resolution discussions Maintain accurate and timely project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and financial tracking Prioritize and differentiate between critical and non-critical tasks to support on-time delivery Provide regular project status reporting, including schedule, risks, and budget vs. actuals Support project financial management activities such as billing coordination, change orders, and contract administration Collaborate with internal teams to identify follow-on opportunities and support continuity across engagements Follow established escalation procedures to resolve project issues efficiently and professionally Assist with resource scheduling and availability management to support project delivery needs
