Every day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference and here's how the role will make an impact: Key responsibilities for this role include: Drive effective implementation of the compliance program through the business in all applicable regions including but not limited to, Brazil, Mexico and Costa Rica. Establish strategies for communicating policy changes and ensure that training and other relevant materials are updated accordingly. Provide hands-on support for employees in answering compliance-related questions on policy. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess compliance risks and develop mitigation strategies. Conduct regular compliance monitoring, audits and reviews, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions. Conduct quarterly compliance ride a-longs with sales representatives in Brazil, Mexico and Costa Rica. Assist in designing and implementing efficient and effective FCPA controls throughout the organization. Stay informed about emerging compliance trends, technologies, and regulatory developments in the financial industry. Help with special projects and other assigned duties. The minimum qualifications for this role are: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree required. 3+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred. However, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration. Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading and writing in English, Spanish. Knowledge of Portuguese will be an advantage. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail. Demonstrate current working knowledge of various rules, regulations, and industry guidance relevant to healthcare compliance. Strong familiarity with components of compliance programs; specific experience in training, communications and/or business process development. Great interpersonal skills, ability to work collaboratively and cross functionally Demonstrate high standards of conduct and ethics as well as appropriate judgment, independence, and discretion. Ability to be proactive, exercise judgment and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously. Excellent critical thinking skills: ability to work through complex issues, including those with significant strategic risk to the company.
