Program Support Assistant position performs administrative duties in support of the Data management Section Chief , Health Administration Service. He/she coordinates actions at various levels of the organization including other members of Health Administration Service leadership. You may qualify based on your experience and/or education as described below: Your resume must support your response. Applicants must have one (1) full year of specialized experience related to this position. This experience must have been equivalent to at least the GS-04 grade level in the Federal Service. Specialized experience: Experience would typically include, but are not limited to 1) Receiving calls & visitors and directing them accordingly 2) Responding to requests for information 3) Generating statistical reports by collecting, compiling and tracking data 4) Composing correspondence reports, memorandums and other documents 5) Experience serving as timekeeper, maintaining office supplies and/or office files OR, Education: Applicants may substitute education for the required experience. To qualify based on education for this grade level you must have 4 full years of education above high school. NOTE: Transcripts (unofficial or official) must be submitted with your application materials. Education cannot be credited without documentation. OR, Combination of Experience & Education: Applicants may also combine education and experience to qualify at this level. You must have an appropriate combination of specialized experience and undergraduate education beyond the second year (beyond 60 semester hours).
