  • Experience within Financial Services, Asset Management, Investment Management, or related regulated industries is highly preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional global teams in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
  • Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Act as the Product Owner and Business Analyst for content technology and marketing platforms, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technology solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, document, and prioritize business requirements, translating them into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Drive Agile product delivery by managing product backlogs, facilitating sprint planning activities, and supporting development teams throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Lead business process analysis and workflow transformation initiatives related to content creation, asset management, metadata governance, content publishing, and content distribution.
  • Partner with marketing, content, data, and technology teams to optimize enterprise Digital Asset Management (DAM) capabilities and content supply chain processes.
  • Define and maintain metadata standards, asset governance frameworks, taxonomy structures, and data quality requirements.
  • Analyze marketing and content performance data to identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies.
  • Work with data engineering teams to support data integration, ETL processes, reporting requirements, and marketing analytics initiatives.
  • Facilitate stakeholder workshops, requirement gathering sessions, user acceptance testing (UAT), and solution validation activities.
  • Ensure delivered solutions meet business objectives, user expectations, compliance requirements, and operational standards.
  • Support change management, user adoption, and continuous improvement initiatives across marketing technology platforms.

Job Summary Role: Product Owner Start: ASAP Duration: 12 Months Location: Singapore We are seeking a results-driven Product Owner with at least 6 years of experience in MarTech, Digital Asset Management (DAM), Marketing Analytics, and Data Engineering environments.
