Purpose of Position As a Product Manager you will d efine and evolve the core advertiser platform, creating scalable systems for partnership discovery, communication, and program management. Key Tasks Own and drive the development of assigned products. Collaborate with stakeholders to define product strategy. Develop and prioritize product features. Analyze market trends and competition. Professional Experience 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a SaaS environment. Proven track record of owning and delivering measurable product outcomes (e.g. growth, engagement, revenue, efficiency). Experience leading cross-functional teams (engineering, UX, commercial) and driving alignment across stakeholders. Strong understanding of the full product lifecycle from discovery to delivery and iteration. Ability to define clear product requirements and translate them into actionable user stories. Comfortable working closely with engineering to understand technical constraints and make informed trade-offs. Solid experience with data analytics and experimentation; able to define metrics, run tests, and use insights to inform decisions. Customer-focused mindset with experience turning user insights into impactful product improvements. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
