About the role

Job Responsibilities: In charge of construction of 3D model and prepare drawings using REVITsoftware Updating of 3D model in accordance with latest information to ensureaccuracy of shop drawings Collaborate and coordinate with other discipline's design-changes andmodel challenges Prepare BIM models to communicate, aid visualization and make informeddecision based on the design changes Produce and check structural rebar shop drawings to ensure details arein line with the design criteria and specification Produce structural layout and detailed shop drawings for civil andstructural engineering works in accordance to design criteria and specifications Perform clash detection to identify and resolve conflicts withinmodels Adhere to BIM Execution Plan and projectworkflow requirements to ensure consistent processes Follow BIM content standards anddevelopment procedures to maintain quality and uniformity Document all drawings properly to ensuretraceability and version control Conduct modelling quality control touphold accuracy and completeness Perform additional duties as assigned to support project success Job Requirements Diploma or Degree in Structure, Architecture, or equivalent Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience Knowledge of BIM Requirements in Singapore standard is a plus Proficient in the use of Autodesk REVIT is a must Skilled in AutoCAD for drawing linkage and cleanup A team player withsense of responsibility
