Requirements

The Role You Could Play We are looking for a passionate Assistant Store Manager (2IC) to help lead our MECCA Narellan store in NSW in a full-time capacity working Sun-Thu. You will be reporting to the Store Manager and responsible for Living and breathing the MECCA values as you lead by example Drive success and engagement in the store team, assisting in performance management and upholding the company values Ensure smooth and efficient store operations that underpin a seamless customer experience
