JOB SUMMARY

Practice Details:
Join a practice of 4 Primary Care physicians (FP, IM/Peds), 4 Primary Care NPs, 3 LCSWs. Also on-site is an Occupational Medicine physician, an Urgent Care clinic with 6 Urgent Care NPs
Clinic has a full-service imaging center and laboratory, and houses virtual Urgent Care clinic
EMR: EPIC
Clinic call is 1:3, phone call only
Work environment/day-to-day work:
Work schedule: M-F 8:00am - 4:30pm outpatient clinic
Average number of patients per day: 17 - 21
