About the role
The Regional Human Resources (HR) Manager - Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) is a leadership role responsible for owning the delivery of HR strategy across the EMEA region. Responsibilities
- In this role, you will lead and develop a team of HRBPs and Recruiters while owning the execution of HR strategy across the EMEA region.
- You will partner with and influence senior leadership to drive key talent initiatives including recruiting, performance management, employee engagement, compensation, succession planning, and organizational design, ensuring alignment to business priorities and client expectations.
