We are looking for a Senior Associate to join Aon Inpoint in Singapore, working closely with leading insurers across Asia Pacific. This is not a traditional project-based consulting role. Instead, you will act as a long-term partner to carriers, helping them shape and implement their strategy over time - combining commercial insight, data-driven analysis, and ongoing stakeholder engagement. A core part of the role involves working with data to generate meaningful insights and support decision-making. There is also an opportunity to enhance the team's analytics capability, including contributing to the development of dashboards and tools (e.g. Power BI, Sigma) that improve how insights are delivered across our client portfolio. Over time you will get the opportunity to manage key external and internal relationships with peers. What the day will look like Support ongoing strategic relationships with insurers across APAC Help clients interpret market, portfolio, and trading data to inform decision-making Develop clear, structured insights using data analysis and visualisation tools Build and maintain dashboards and analytical outputs (e.g. Power BI) to support internal and client engagement Prepare materials for senior client discussions, translating data into actionable outputs Track and support delivery of agreed strategic priorities over time Work closely with internal Aon stakeholders to support coordinated client engagement Support and facilitate client meetings and discussions, including coordinating stakeholders and ensuring clear follow-up on key actions Develop client presentations in collaboration with Aon Inpoint colleagues to support external and internal meetings How this opportunity is different Long-term client engagement rather than short-term project cycles Exposure to real strategy development, execution, and decision-making over time Opportunity to apply and develop analytics skills (incl. Power BI) in a commercial context Ability to contribute to the development of internal tools and data capability, with scope over time to take greater ownership Broad visibility and exposure across insurers, markets, and Aon's wider business in APAC Skills and experience that will lead to success Has at least 3-4 years' experience in insurance, consulting, or financial services Is proficient working with data (MS Excel) to generate insights and support decisions (MS PowerPoint) Has experience with data visualisation / BI tools (e.g. Power BI or similar) Can communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Is organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines Has an interest in how insurers operate and grow Familiarity with platforms such as Sigma or similar tools Exposure to insurer strategy, portfolio performance, or distribution Client-facing and relationship management experience
