Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- 2-3 years of experience in industrial equipment maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting, and equipment installation.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues using meters and schematics.
- Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems, including pipe fitting and OSHA Lockout/Tagout procedures.
- Experience using machine shop tools such as lathe, mill, and saw.
- Skills in welding and fabrication tasks.
- Ability to read blueprints and equipment instructions.
- Previous experience working 2nd shift or in a manufacturing environment.
