Responsibilities

  • Support the end-to-end recruitment process for driver roles, from application through to onboarding.
  • Assist with creating and posting job adverts across recruitment platforms and social media channels.
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment journey, providing a professional and positive experience.
  • Coordinate interviews, assessments, and onboarding activities.
  • Support recruitment events, job fairs, and driver assessment days.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment documentation.

  • Learn compliance processes required for working on high-security and regulated sites.

  • Ensure all recruitment activities are completed professionally and in line with company procedures.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages

At SPS Bus, we are looking for a motivated, organised, and enthusiastic Recruitment Apprentice to join our Recruitment Team. This is more than just an apprenticeship - it's an opportunity to become part of the team helping recruit and onboard drivers supporting the Sizewell C Power Station project. You'll gain first-hand experience within a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment, helping attract, support, and onboard drivers who play a vital role in keeping this major project moving. With full training, mentoring, and ongoing support, you'll develop the skills, confidence, and experience needed to build a successful long-term career in recruitment whilst gaining a recognised recruitment qualification.
