Responsibilities

  • Execute go-to-market strategies to expand API adoption among traditional financial institutions, fintech companies, asset managers, and trading firms.

  • Develop and lead team members through structured mentorship, deal reviews, and continuous feedback, raising the bar for execution and professionalism.

Requirements

  • relevant business development, partnerships, trading desk, or client management experience in traditional finance, fintech, or trading infrastructure.
  • Strong knowledge of financial markets, API integrations, and trading workflows; familiarity with decentralized markets a plus.
  • Ability to speak credibly with senior technical and commercial stakeholders; excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a network of institutional and fintech contacts and the ability to build deep, long-term relationships.
  • Prior experience at a major fintech, exchange, or HFT/market-making firm.
  • Technical experience working on crypto protocols, DeFi, or open source software.
  • Deeply integrated with DeFi ecosystem partners and trading protocols.

  • Minimum full-time salary of $180,000-$220,000. Disclosure in accordance with New York City's Pay Transparency Law. Full Time employees at Uniswap Labs are also eligible for other compensation elements, including tokens, and benefits, dependent on the position type.

We're looking for a strategic enterprise business development leader to expand the reach of the Uniswap Protocol and grow structured products across institutional and fintech partners. You'll own high-impact relationships, translate market needs into product strategy, and be a key driver of Uniswap's API ecosystem. We are headquartered in SoHo in New York City. This role will be based in our office with an expectation of regular in-person collaboration.
