About the Team This role supports our Australian site, offering a unique opportunity to help shape our growth in a relatively new market. You'll be part of a small, collaborative team and take ownership of key day-to-day admin tasks within the Partnerships function. Although this is an entry-level position, it comes with real responsibility and the chance to make a meaningful impact from day one. The Partnerships team at TopCashback is the client-facing arm of our business. We are dedicated to delivering the best cashback deals for our members while generating significant value for our advertisers. We work closely with some of Australia's biggest brands, including Amazon, Chemist Warehouse, The Good Guys, Myer and Apple and our role involves regular communication with external partners, our internal team, and the wider business. The Role As a Partnerships Support Executive, you'll play a key role in keeping our advertiser partnerships running smoothly and ensuring our members have a clear, accurate on-site experience. Working closely with dedicated Affiliate Leads, you'll provide high-quality support across a portfolio of leading Australian brands. This includes scheduling rates and exposure, adding merchants to site, managing weekly processes, and responding to brand queries within agreed timeframes. Your strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise effectively will ensure nothing slips through the net. You'll build positive working relationships internally and externally, communicating clearly, confidently and professionally. Once trained, you'll manage your workload independently, proactively completing tasks without prompting and identifying issues early. We're looking for someone who is organised, inquisitive and eager to learn - keen to understand their accounts, the wider affiliate marketing industry, and how to use our internal tools effectively. A team-first attitude is essential, with a willingness to step in and support colleagues when needed. - Organisation & Time Management -Manage your workload independently once trained, prioritising effectively, meeting deadlines and proactively completing recurring tasks without prompting. - Relationship Building -Build strong, professional relationships with Affiliate Leads and brand partners. Communicate in a friendly, confident manner that fosters trust and collaboration. - Communication -Provide clear, accurate updates within agreed timeframes. Ask questions, seek clarification when needed and communicate professionally with both internal and external stakeholders. - Problem Solving & Attention to Detail -Take a logical approach to resolving issues and identifying risks early. Maintain a high level of accuracy, always keeping the member experience front of mind. - Learning Mindset - Be curious and eager to learn about your accounts, the wider industry and competitor landscape.
