Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for senior, complex, and business-critical roles across multiple functions, including but not limited to Business Development, Sales, Customer Success, and Sales Engineering

- Leverage recruiting data, market intelligence, and emerging AI-enabled tools to strengthen talent identification, storytelling, and decision-making
- Operate with a high degree of autonomy, balancing independent execution with strong collaboration across the TA team and broader organization
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of relevant working experience
- Minimum 8 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with demonstrated success hiring senior IC and/or leadership talent in fast-paced environments
- Strong stakeholder partnership skills, with the ability to influence and build trust across all levels of the organization, including senior leadership
- Proven ability to manage complex, ambiguous searches while maintaining urgency, attention to detail, and a high bar for quality
