Your Role & Team We are on the lookout for an IT Support Specialist to join our growing IT team. The IT Support Specialist is a user-focused role, responsible for delivering day-to-day IT support and ensuring a smooth, reliable technology experience across the business. This role is the first point of contact for all IT support requests, handling standard incidents, device management, and user onboarding. Reporting directly to the IT Team Lead, this is a full-time opportunity offering hybrid working conditions, with 4 days working out of our Sydney CBD Office . Some of your responsibilities include and are not limited to: Acting as the first point of contact for IT support requests, providing timely and effective assistance to users across the business Troubleshooting and resolving day-to-day hardware, software and SaaS issues Supporting office IT environments both on-site and remote, including desks, meeting rooms, audio visual equipment, printers and networking Setup, configuring and maintaining Apple/macOS devices and accessories using our MDM platform (Iru) Managing device and equipment lifecycle, including procurement, deployment, asset tracking and recovery Executing onboarding and offboarding processes, including user account setup, access provisioning, device configuration and hardware retrieval Performing day-to-day administration of core SaaS platforms (e.g. Microsoft 365, Jira, Confluence, Slack), including user access and permissions Maintaining accurate records for assets, users and standard IT processes Contributing to and maintaining user-facing and internal IT documentation Continuously looking for opportunities to improve support processes and user experience Our ideal candidate Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to support users with varying levels of technical knowledge Experience supporting macOS devices and Apple hardware Familiarity with SaaS administration Basic understanding of networking concepts Strong organisational skills and attention to detail (especially for asset and process tracking) Proactive, reliable and service-oriented mindset More than just work ๐Ÿƒ๐Ÿฝโ™€๏ธ Keep Active - All employees get a Fitness First Platinum gym membership. โ˜•๏ธ Daily Fuel - Barista-made coffee, breakfast, snacks, lunches and drinks on us - we got you! ๐Ÿ“ฒ Phone Credits - We pay you $50 per month to put towards your plans - how good. โค๏ธ๐Ÿฉน Wellness Days - Receive an additional day off each month.
