About the role

Responsibilities
- Use no-code and AI tools to design and automate operational workflows: communication sequences, onboarding programs, and complex user lifecycle campaigns.
- Build and maintain scalable systems that support advisor onboarding and activation.
- Identify gaps in processes, propose solutions, and execute improvements quickly.
- Manage daily operational processes and ensure advisor-facing trainings and resources run smoothly.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to continuously improve the advisor journey.
- Stay organized in a fast-moving environment, balancing multiple projects and priorities.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience (including strong internship experience) in user lifecycle management, customer success, operations, or program management roles.
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills; confident diving into problems and seeing them through to resolution.
- Exceptionally detail-oriented and precise, with a track record of catching what others miss.
- Curious and adaptable - comfortable navigating ambiguity and picking up new tools without a lot of hand-holding.
- Strongly Preferred
- Hands-on experience with workflow automation, CRM, or customer communication tools - Zapier, Intercom, HubSpot, or similar. Demonstrated ability to learn new platforms quickly.
- A track record of spotting manual or inefficient processes and owning the fix end-to-end.
- Emotionally intelligent communicator who can build trust quickly with new users across email, Zoom, and in-person interactions.
- Passion for supporting entrepreneurs.
- Travel advising knowledge or interest in the travel industry.
