Shipping CSO (Bukit Batok, 5 Days, $3.5k)

Responsibilities

• Handle and process customer bookings promptly , ensuring all details are accurately recorded and verified.
• Provide updates on customer bookings and shipment progress.
• Arrange bookings directly with carriers or consolidators for both full and partial shipments.
• Confirm space arrangements and communicate shipment details to customers in a timely manner.
• Coordinate trucking and cargo collection services when required by customers.
• Provide timely updates to customers on any vessel schedule changes, delays, or shipment status updates.
• Ensure cargo is received in good condition and promptly report any discrepancies or damages.
• Verify vendor invoices and ensure proper closure of shipment files.

Requirements

• GCE O Levels / Nitec / Diploma holders
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience handling export shipments
• Familiar with export consolidation
• Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel
• Singapore only need apply
