Department: Finance & Administration - IIT Reports To: Senior Director of IIT/CIO Travel: 1 day/month Positions Supervised: Application Developers (6), Enterprise System Administrators (6) LOCATION: Green Bay STANDARD HOURS: 40 hours per week. Typical hours Monday - Friday 8:00 am -5:00 pm; Flexibility required to include other hours, as necessary. STARTING PAY RANGE: 117,540 - 126,685 per year *Salaries/Wages for all finalists (internal and external) will be placed within the range based upon education, experiences, current wages, and internal equity. POSITION SUMMARY The Enterprise Applications Manager provides leadership, oversight, and strategic direction for the College's enterprise application environment which consists of Workday, Salesforce, SharePoint, Kentico, and integrations with affiliated systems such as Canvas LMS, course\curriculum management, and student payments. This position ensures enterprise systems effectively support NWTC's mission, strategic priorities, and operational needs through strong people leadership, disciplined project management, and effective application lifecycle management. The role serves as one of the key liaisons between Information and Instructional Technology (IIT), functional departments, and external vendors for all enterprise applications. Workday serves as NWTC's strategic enterprise platform, supporting core administrative and operational functions across the College. The Enterprise Applications Manager provides leadership and stewardship for Workday to ensure the platform is stable, secure, integrated, and continuously aligned with institutional priorities. This includes overseeing configuration, integration, data management, vendor partnerships, new features enablement, and continuous optimization of the platform. The Enterprise Applications Manager fulfills three integrated leadership roles-Personnel Management, Project Management, and Application Management-and plays a critical role in aligning enterprise technology solutions with College goals while ensuring reliable, secure, and high‑quality service delivery. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Personnel Management Provide direct supervision, leadership, coaching, and performance management for Enterprise Applications team. Foster a collaborative, service‑oriented team culture that supports professional growth, accountability, and continuous improvement. Establish clear expectations, priorities, and performance goals aligned with IIT and College objectives. Ensure appropriate staffing coverage for application operations, projects, and institutional initiatives. Project Management Plan, manage, and oversee enterprise application projects, including system implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and integrations. Coordinate resources, timelines, risks, and dependencies across multiple concurrent projects. Partner with functional stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize work, and deliver solutions that meet College needs. Ensure projects follow established governance, documentation, and change management practices. Application Management Serve as the College's primary application owner for Workday , providing strategic and operational leadership across Workday modules (HCM, Finance, and Student). Ensure Workday is configured, maintained, and optimized to support NWTC business processes, data integrity, and institutional priorities. Oversee the administration, configuration, maintenance, and optimization of other enterprise applications supporting College operations. Ensure application availability, performance, security, and data integrity. Lead integration efforts to ensure effective data flow between enterprise systems and related applications. Establish standards and best practices for application support, troubleshooting, documentation, and lifecycle management. Vendor & Stakeholder Management Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise application vendors, including coordination of support, issue resolution, and contract oversight. Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders and leadership to identify application needs and improvement opportunities. Evaluate new technologies and solutions;
