- Basic SQL and Excel/Sheets experience-or strong willingness to learn quickly
- Experience with AI LLMs products for research, data analysis, ideating and writing work (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini...)
- You ask yourself how to automate a task with AI before actually doing it.
- Clear and concise communication skills in both Spanish and English
- Curiosity, proactivity, and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently while knowing when to ask for help
- Experience with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Sigma, Metabase)
- Basic knowledge of Python, statistics, or business modeling
- Experience with AI automation workflows like n8n or make.
- Previous experience in startups, fintechs, or fast-paced environments
